TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF Sask Gaming

1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS
   These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Sask Gaming (the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. DEFINITIONS
   In these Terms, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them:

• "Account" means a user account created for access to the Services;
• "Service Provider" means Sask Gaming and its affiliates; and
• "User" or "you" means an individual using the Services.

3. USE OF SERVICES
   You may only use the Services for lawful purposes, in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines. You are responsible for ensuring that your access to the Services does not infringe on any rights of third parties.

4. ACCOUNT SECURITY
   You shall maintain the confidentiality of your Account credentials and password, and ensure that they are used only by authorized individuals.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
   The Service Provider retains all intellectual property rights in and to the Services, including but not limited to software, algorithms, database designs, text, images, sound recordings, video materials, logos, trademarks, trade names, copyrights, patents, industrial design rights, utility models, trade secrets, goodwill, and confidential information.

6. USER CONTRIBUTIONS
   Any material or content uploaded by you to the Services ("User Contributions") is subject to these Terms and shall not infringe on any rights of third parties. You grant the Service Provider a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, publish, and adapt your User Contributions for all purposes.

7. PERSONAL DATA

   We will collect personal data from you in order to provide the Services. The collection, processing and storage of such information is governed by our Privacy Policy (see below).

8. PAYMENT TERMS
   Any payments made through the Services are subject to these Terms and shall be in accordance with our Payment Terms.

9. LIMITED LIABILITY
   The Service Provider disclaims any liability for indirect or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the Services, including but not limited to claims related to business losses, third-party claims, and technical failures.

10. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
    We provide no warranties, express or implied, as to the suitability of the Services for any particular purpose.

11. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which you reside, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a reputable dispute resolution center.

12. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
    These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Services. These Terms supersede any previous written or oral agreements, whether express or implied.

13. CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
    We may modify these Terms at our discretion, and such modifications shall be effective upon posting on the website.

14. ACCEPTANCE OF RISKS
    By accessing or using the services, you acknowledge that you understand the following risks:

• No warranties are made in respect of the quality, merchantability, performance, suitability for purpose or fitness for use of the Services;
• You may be exposed to viruses and other forms of malicious code.
